With the rapid development of the Internet,mobile Internet,and the Internet of Things,now our society has entered the era of big data.In the era of big data,people's living,working,and ways of thinking have undergone earth-shaking changes.Consumer behavior and consumer attitudes have become more personalized.How to quickly and efficiently meet the immediate needs of customers has become a topic of current research.At the same time,the extensive and in-depth use of the mobile Internet has also changed the original marketing model,and various new concepts such as precision marketing and big data marketing have come.Under the background of continuous development of big data,telecommunications service providers can easily obtain customer's footprint data(such as the type of data the customer is using,browsing data on the Internet,etc.),and operators of telecommunications service providers can use the big data technology to gather up kinds of customer's informations.Information such as customer behavior,consumer behavior,subscription time preference,channel preferences,etc.,and then using big data analysis to process these data can accurately analyze the customer's basic information,interest preferences,and spending habits,then they can use customer-specific features to develop precise Market segmentation and positioning for precision marketing.It can be said that the use of big data plays a positive role in the research and development of precision marketing.This article through a comprehensive analysis of the big data theory,precision marketing theory,big data and precision marketing research,analysis of the impact and significance of big data on precision marketing,big data play a key role in the precision marketing process.Based on this,we will study the implementation and strategy of S province Mobile's big data precision marketing.By analyzing S province Mobile's advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges,we identifies the factors that restrict the development of S province's mobile market,and we also reveals problems in the marketing process,such as the incomplete picture of user attributes,lack of knowledge of users,and lack of accurate marketing,Strategies,poor user perception,etc.we also elaborated on the necessity of using big data for accurate marketing.By demonstrating the construction of S province Mobile's big data platform,the feasibility of using big data for accurate marketing was described.Finally we proposed S province Mobile's precise marketing strategy:using big data to improve the portraits of precision marketing customers,using big data to create contact marketing systems such as APP,location,and hot content,using big data to create typical traffic operation scenarios,and using big data to enhance digital services.Use big data to improve the development of home broadband services.
