Research On The Optimal Layout Of Rural Residential Areas In The Hilly Area Of Central Sichuan

In hilly areas,the distribution of rural settlements is scattered due to the limitation of historical origin,living habits and natural conditions.At present,many low mountain and hilly areas in our country are in the stage of rapid urbanization,but the rural construction land is in the situation of extensive utilization,which not only leads to the waste of land resources,but also is not conducive to the healthy development of rural areas.Hinder the further development of urbanization.Therefore,it is beneficial to the healthy and sustainable development of rural areas to study the distribution status and optimization mode of rural residential areas in the stage of rapid urbanization in hilly areas.It has certain reference significance for the study of rural construction and intensive use of land in the future.This paper takes Longchang city in the hilly area of central Sichuan as the typical area,and analyzes the landscape pattern characteristics and influencing factors of rural residential areas in Longchang city by using the spatial analysis method of landscape pattern index(ArcGIS).This paper discusses the main problems and driving factors in the distribution of rural residential areas.On this basis,11 indexes affecting the distribution of rural residential areas in Longchang City are selected,and the weights of the indexes are determined by entropy method,and the evaluation index system of the suitability of the distribution of rural residential areas in Longchang City is constructed.In order to probe into the optimal layout of rural residential areas in Longchang City,the optimal layout of rural residential areas in Longchang City is divided,and some suggestions are put forward to promote the smooth implementation of the optimized layout Plan in Rural Residential areas of Longchang City.Strategy.In order to provide a reference for the reconstruction of rural settlements and the construction of new countryside in Longchang,and then expand to the hilly areas of central Sichuan.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The present situation of land use in Longchang city is characterized by high efficiency of land use,leading position in agriculture,less reserve resources for developing suitable ploughing,scattered rural residential land,excessive area,over-standard per capita residential area and sporadic distribution.The quality of being unreasonable in layout.The spatial distribution pattern of rural residential areas in Longchang city has the characteristics of small scale and large quantity,the proportion of rural residential land is more dense and dense,and the shape of rural residential areas in Longchang city is complex in shape.Most of them are lumpy,banded and "full of stars".From the layout point of view,the fragmentation of patches in rural residential areas in Longchang City is high,and the degree of separation is high.The degree of agglomeration is low,and the distribution of rural settlements is unbalanced.(2)The distribution of rural residential areas in Longchang is highly related to altitude,slope,traffic,water sources and towns.The bigger the scale,too.It is shown that the rural residential areas are concentrated in the areas where the altitude is less than 400 m,the slope is less than 15 °,and the distance from roads,rivers and towns is close to each other.(3)From four aspects of nature,location,social economy and resource factors,the suitability of rural residential area distribution in Longchang is evaluated,the suitable optimization area is divided,the optimum area is suitable,the optimum area is suitable,the optimum area and the 5 regions are not suitable for optimization area and unsuitable optimization area.The proportion of suitable optimization area and more suitable optimization area of rural residential area in Longchang City It is smaller,mainly in the south of Longchang,and in the middle part of the region with better natural conditions,and the optimum areas are mostly located in the periphery of the optimum optimization area;it is not suitable to optimize the area with a broad area,mainly in the northeast of Longchang,and in the North of the lower natural conditions,and the area is not suitable for the high terrain.Area,area proportion is the least.More than 60% of the rural residential areas in Longchang City are located in the optimum areas,which are more suitable for the optimization areas and basically suitable for the optimization areas.The proportion of rural residential area is still 27.47% and 2.37% in unsuitable and unsuitable areas.It is necessary to optimize the distribution of rural residential areas in Longchang City.(4)According to the comprehensive development of rural residential areas in Longchang city,this paper focuses on the future development direction of rural residential areas in Longchang city,fully considers the problems existing in the distribution of rural residential areas by the population scale at the meso-level,and the appropriate concentration of rural residential areas.At the microcosmic level,it is proposed that the rural residential areas should be urbanized,gradually relocated,renovated on the spot,and four kinds of layout optimization models should be retained to guide the scientific layout of different types of residential areas.To achieve
