Research On Performance Evaluation Of Enterprise Supply Chain Based On Fuzzy-Rough Set And BSC-SCOR

In the global economic competition,relatively weak supply chain management seriously restricts the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.As an important way of supply chain management,performance evaluation of supply chain management is becoming more and more widely used in global manufacturing and retailing industry.How to evaluate the performance of supply chain management in China's manufacturing and retail industry,in order to improve the efficiency of supply chain,and to achieve the overall optimal input-output ratio of the whole supply chain,is a major issue for Chinese enterprises to improve their international competitiveness.In this paper,the paper have built a model of balancing supply chain performance reviews,and based on that,using the Fuzzy-Rough Set and the information entropy theory to study the zero inventory theory which is mainly used in the manufacturing enterprises and retail enterprises.Based on that,the paper evaluated the 10 selected automobile manufacturing enterprises and 10 selected clothing retail enterprises from the four dimensions of supply chain.Finally,using the dimensions of the evaluation results and the final overall performance evaluation results compared with the original evaluation,the paper found that the domestic enterprises and the cause of the gap between leading companies in the world.Then,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to promote the improvement of Chinese enterprises' supply chain management ability,and also demonstrates the effectiveness of the supply chain performance evaluation system in this paper.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,it clarifies the structure characteristics and complexity of the supply chain network,as well as the necessity of the effective management of the supply chain,clarifies the content,significance and principles of the performance assessment and evaluation of the supply chain,and establishes the basis for the construction of the performance evaluation index system and evaluation method of the supply chain.Secondly,the automobile manufacturing enterprises and clothing retail enterprises are selected to carry out the research sample,and the balance supply chain performance evaluation model and the corresponding supply chain performance evaluation index system are put forward.The fuzzy rough set theory and information entropy theory are combined to overcome the objective evaluation objective of the traditional data researchmethod because of a large number of subjective weights.The serious effects of sex and authenticity.Thirdly,select as many enterprises as possible,through the standardization and discrete processing,the data were analyzed by rough set theory and information entropy theory,and compared with the original conclusion,the effective conclusion was obtained: the supply chain performance evaluation system established in this paper is relatively effective.Finally,this paper enterprises in various evaluation dimensions of the evaluation results are analyzed and summarized,and thus built by this paper is verified the effectiveness and practicability of the supply chain performance evaluation system.
