Alongwith the development of architectural theory of supply chain performance evaluation system improve, more and more experts and scholars focused their concern on the issues of how to evaluate Construction Supply Chain Performance scientifically and effectively. Construction supply chain performance evaluation related closely to many construction units, it exists from the birth of construction supply chain, extinguished by the dissolution of the construction supply chain, which is indispensable to the supply chain management.To assessment the construction supply chain performance, it's necessary to set up a full performance evaluation index system. By reading other similar references, comprehensively considerate the characteristics of the construction industry supply chain performance evaluation, this article focuses on reference to balanced score cards, while combined with the supply chain operations reference-model.A common way evaluating CSC performance is performance indicator system method. The traditional supply chain performance indicator system method must analysis all the indicators, which has a huge workload,a complex process,and a little practicability. To overcome the shortcoming ,AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process)methods which based on Balancede scorecards (BSC)are ledad up to evaluate CSC performance.This article pull in AHP, and firstly reduce the dimension of initial construction supply chain performance evaluation index system and then evaluate construction supply chain indicators. By using key performance indicators and principal component analysis methods to evaluate construction supply chain performance, this artical has taken advantages of of both methods. Financial status, internal operational capabilities, innovation and development are the dimension represented by the quantitative indicators, for these three indicators, using principal component analysis method for dimension reduction processing and evaluation; for agilitu, customer satisfaction, supply chain relationship, target decomposition method is used to extract key metrics. Weights of the final six dimensions determine by AHP method, a comprehensive evaluation of the supply chain is the weighted sum of the six dimensions.Judging from the last results, principal component analysis combined with key performance indicators is a good method for construction supply chain performance evaluate, this approach has two advantages: first, it needs less workload and be more practical; the second is it effectively integrate the evaluation of the qualitative and quantitative indicators.
