The performance assessment system is an evaluation system that consists of performance indicators and can fully express the evaluation requirements.It is an indispensable and important tool for modern enterprise human resources management.With the advancement of economic globalization and the modernization of management concepts,competition in various industries has intensified,and companies must take an advantage in the competition in this industry.We must strengthen the management of people,and the performance assessment system plays the role of a baton.The DESD Computer Company selected in this paper is a brand-based computer agent mainly for sales.It is a typical non-production business enterprise.The marketing department is the core department for profit,and the marketing staff is the key resource for the core department.Therefore,the work performance of marketing staff directly affects the business operation and development.Through the distribution of questionnaires,the author conducted an investigation of the basic situation of the marketing department of DESD Computer and the current status of the performance evaluation of the marketers,and evaluated the indicators,the assessment process,and the application of results,and pointed out the existing problems and deficiencies.These problems will be met.The affects by the company image,will cause the loss of human resources,hindering the sustainable development of enterprises,restricting the company to become bigger and stronger.To further optimize the performance appraisal system of DESD company marketing staff,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to make clear the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of DESD computer company,and determine the company's overall strategic objectives.According to the company's strategic goals,the target level is broken down into departments and specific positions,and the four dimensions of Balanced Scorecard(BSC)finance,customers,internal processes,learning and growth are taken as the framework to determine the key indicators of departmental and individual levels.(KPI),designing the Balanced Scorecard assessment indicators for different positions of the marketing department.Through the organization of experts to carry out a questionnaire evaluation,using the judgment matrix as a specific indicator to set weights,to explore the DESD Company marketing staff performance appraisal system optimization program,and elaborated the implementation of the optimized measures and safeguard measures.Based on the status quo of performance appraisal of marketing personnel in DESD,this paper comprehensively uses The Balanced Scorecard(BSC)and Key Index Indicator(KPI)to explore and build a performance appraisal system with clear objectives,richer assessment dimensions,and more reasonable weight settings.It can improve the overall performance appraisal level of the marketing staff of DESD,and provide strong support for the realization of the overall strategic objectives of DESD Corporation,and provide some reference for the optimization of the performance appraisal system of marketing personnel of similar sales companies in China.
