The rapid development of retail industry,on the basis of the continuous improvement of computer information technology system,the retail industry information data input can solve the human resources of the store sales staff,thereby improving the performance management level of the retail industry.In the internet era,the retail industry has entered the new e-commerce platform,to multi-channel operations to ensure the promotion of brand efficiency,in addition,the enterprise internal through the advanced performance appraisal index system to control the performance of the employees and key departments,so as to improve the retail industry multi-store development system.Therefore,based on KPI key assessment index system,it is urgent to build an incentive assessment system suitable for the enterprise development needs.This paper uses case analysis,questionnaire method to study the performance evaluation index system.Through the x company performance appraisal to sort out,find out the problems in the operation of the company,that is,each store has their own management characteristics.Through the research of the evaluation index system in human resource performance management,with the help of analysis background and research significance,the paper expounds the basic concept of key performance indicator method KPI,and summarizes the method of the research ideas of performance evaluation index system.Taking x company as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of incentive assessment system,human resource management and performance appraisal,and then highlights the impact of x company incentive assessment system on enterprise development.With the help of x company to establish the key index system,the KPI designprinciples and clear indicators need to be consistent with the overall strategic goal of the company,through the overall goal to set a certain period of work tasks,combining with the requirements of each position,clear the link between the task and the overall strategic goal,set up the job responsibilities and goals,define the functions of the functional departments,refine the KPI to set its weight,define the assessment criteria,design the program objectives and principles,according to the company practice operation,using the balanced scorecard method and value tree to design specific programs That is to establish the standard appraisal agency,establish the performance appraisal team,clearly determine the authority and responsibility of the performance appraisal team,and ensure the effective operation of the incentive appraisal system.Under the condition of market economy,according to the current situation of the retail industry of x company,the operation scheme is established,and the KPI system assessment is carried out for each store plus employees and departments,and the system is adjusted according to the actual situation to adapt to the actual situation of x company.Then use the KPI incentive assessment system of the results,grading,with the staff and departments of rewards and punishment,to urge the unsatisfactory staff,and fair results of the results.In order to ensure the integrity and systematicness of the implementation process of the KPI incentive assessment index system of x company,the complaint and feedback system should be constructed to match the system,the main way is to establish the complaint mechanism and set up the complaint point;Establish the feedback system and analyze the feedback.In the questionnaire,the data information shows that x company's incentive appraisal system based on KPI is defective in the implementation process,which requires company management and monitoring feedback organization to train the assessment team regularly,improve the assessment team,improve the professional values bychanging the concept,adjust the assessment team business ability,adjust the assessment strategy according to the company's development situation,clarify key performance appraisal standards,set up professional assessment team to complete the assessment task,and conduct irregular employee consultation to ensure the employee's effect on the appraisal.The innovation of this paper is to understand the importance of KPI incentive assessment system based on the new company of retail industry,according to the business background of the company,through x company management status,build the KPI incentive system,and constantly improve and fine-tune,to adapt to the company performance management needs,to ensure the superiority of the company in the new era market competition.
