Research On Supplier Performance Evaluation Of D Company

Since 2009,China is the largest automobile producing and selling country in the world.Till now,it is still the No.1.In 2016,the national production and sales was more than 28 million,and occupied about 30%of the global market.In automotive electronics industry,the whole market was basically monopolized by foreign company or joint venture,even though China domestic enterprises have a certain market share in the vehicle multimedia products.Overall,China domestic enterprises have no advantages in the comprehensive ability.The main reason is not only the gap in technical ability,but also the competitiveness of the supply chain.However,how to manage suppliers is one of the key issues of supply chain competitiveness,and supplier performance is the basis for supplier management.Therefore,this paper studies the supplier performance evaluation of automotive electronics enterprises.According to the theory of supplier management,this paper analyzes the different requirements for supplier performance evaluation between automotive electronics industry and other industries.According to the characteristics of automotive electronics industry,this paper investigates and studies the status of supplier management in D company.This thesis proposes a supplier performance evaluation method by which combines linear weighting method and heuristics of judgment to evaluate supplier on five major indicators of cost,quality,delivery,service and technology.Use this performance evaluation method to evaluate the supplier of D company,and provide an implement solution which can improve the supplier's comprehensive ability,optimize supplier base.This study can be a reference for the supplier management of the domestic automotive electronics enterprises.
