Green supply chain management (GSCM) has been used by many foreign famous automobile manufacturers, Chinese automobile manufacturers have realized the prevalence of GSCM, but have not practiced, because of many reasons , such as the special state of the nation of Chinese automobile industry and market background . At the same time, Chinese automobile manufacturers are facing more and more pressure because of the problems about environmental protection, the pressure coming from the laws and regulations established by government, the waking up of consumers' realization in the concept of environment, the shorting of resource, the overseas competitors' pressure and the "Green Wall" in foreign trading. How to balance the manufacturers' economic profits, environmental performance and social benefit becomes a considering question.With the social production being divided more and more subsection, the main body of automobile industry has became a complex net, constructed by many suppliers, the core of this net is the automobile manufacturer, and all members of this net must cooperate intimately. Therefore, it needs the automobile manufacturer guide and management the environmental protection work of its suppliers to solve these problems. Supplier evaluation is the key step of GSCM. Through the supplier evaluation system, it should reflect the attitude and concrete demand of the automobile manufacturer's environmental protection, so that to cause its suppliers to improve the environmental performance.In this paper, the research emphasis is to build the GSCM supplier evaluation system. At first, through analysis of the supplier management of Chinese automobile industry and the environmental pressure, the writer finds the factors ,which influence the supplier evaluation, and then build the system that is constructed by cost mold, production mold, quality mold, service mold and innovation mold. In this system, the writer conjoin the dominant contents of GSCM and practical case of Chinese native automobile industry. The writer used interview and inquire questionnaire to realize M company's two suppliers , which product some electronic parts, and a potential suppliers. After that, the supplier evaluation system is used for evaluation about the 3 suppliers ,and the AHP-FCE is the method; at last, the evaluation results is deeply analysised, through the practice of M company.In this paper, the research emphasis is to build the GSCM supplier evaluation system.
