A Study On The Transformation Of Consumer Electronics Suppliers To The Automotive Industry

With the rapid growth of auto industry,especially for automotive electronics,a huge market is forming and more companies are transformed from consumer electronics industry into automotive electronics industry.Compared with consumer electronics industry,automotive electronics industry demands a much higher level of security requirements,and this is a big challenge for companies which just enter into automotive electronics industry.It is an urgent subject with demonstrative value to study how the consumer electronics suppliers cope with the challenges.First,this thesis provides a theoretical basis for auto industry norms and standards from the perspective of institutional theory;then give analysis for auto industry laws,regulations and technical standards,and propose some measures of how to build enterprise standards and business processes system based on ISO/TS16949;this thesis also gives some advises of how to improve the enterprise organization structure design and human resource planning;at last,use S company which aim at auto camera module as an example,expounds some considerations of hardware investment and construction.This paper will help makes companies quickly familiar with the automotive electronics industry,and meanwhile,it provides a certain of reference value of how to improve competitiveness for some similar enterprises.
