| With the global economy and society deve lopment,the advantage of big population labors with low cost of China is becoming sma ller and sma ller.In the meanwhile,the competition from Countries in South East Asia is becoming more and more stronger in la bor-intensive industria l.And some advanced manufacturing industria l intent to move back to the develope d region,such as American and European.To hold on the favorable position and keep competenc y advantage,it is necessary for Chinese manufacturing to improve the operation ma nagement leve l.The environment is e ven more serious for companies in Electronic Manufacturing Service(EMS)due to the higher manufacture cost and the pressure from customer side for product cost reduction.As a new management approach,Lean Thinking is the joint of best practice and a dvanced manage ment methodology through the full supply cha in,which is been wide ly and deeply applie d in various fields for company business excellence.To e liminate waste and maximum profit is the core va lve of Lean Methodology,the desired mode of production & work target in company operation.In this artic le,it analyzed the E product production data in F company and then Lean Kaizen solution are proposed.To achieve the targets of cost reduction,quality improvement and customer satisfaction as well.Based on the theoretica l review of Lean Management and Lean Thinking.In this thesis,it is firstly studie d the production status of F company.And the n ana lyzed the production issues in product qua lity,cost,delivery and customer compla in from lean theory view.Secondly,the Lean KAIZEN solutions are made in respective to Man,Machine,Material,Method and Environme nt for various production issues.To reduce man-ma de issues through operator manage ment optimization.To increase machine capability by conducting Tota l Production Ma intenance(TPM),optimizing the reflow oven profile to shorten production line change over time.To eliminate design issues and improve product quality by applying DFX process in product NPI phase.To apply Pic k-To-Light Syste m and eTransition system in supermarket operation.A GV car is deve loped and used to transfer materia l between supermarket,production line and warehouse to reduce operator and improve work effic iency.Optimize the line ba lance to improve Tact Time.Automation Solution on manufacture station is engaged to reduce cost and improve product qua lity.EKanban system and 6S manage ment are setting for visua l manageme nt.Finally,this artic le analyzed both the process and achieve ment of Lean KAIZEN solutions.The results show that both the operation performance and customer satisfaction are all got improved after imple mented the lean Kaizen solution.In addition,It also contributes F company in the sustaining and continuous grown.Through this study on the lean Ka izen to the automotive product in F c ompany,it is not only benefit for the company operation performance improvement but also contribute for the lean enterprise building.On the same time,this thesis can be as the reference and guidance to other company which want to implement lean kaizen to their operation. |
