Research On Software Project Management Of Human Resource Service Process Outsourcing

In recent years,the human resource service process outsourcing industry has developed in leaps and bounds.The number of specialized service agencies has increased rapidly with growing social and economic benefits.Software project construction via human resource outsourcing has become major means for enterprises to carry out project construction.But at the same time,the human resources outsourcing poses some problems and risks to the enterprises,which are mainly manifested in the following three aspects: uncontrollable process of project construction,uncontrollable software quality and information security risks.Based on this background,this paper uses project management theory and CMMI thought as the foundation and analyzes the practical ZX project of A enterprise and studies optimization plan of the project management plan while the relevant problems and risks are finally solved.This paper first introduces the concept of project management theory and ten major management fields in the PMI knowledge system and expounds the origin of CMMI thought as well as the theoretical knowledge of evaluation level of Capability Maturity Model Integration.The project management scheme of A enterprise is briefly described.Based on the theory of project management and CMMI,the main problems are found and the reasons for the problems are analyzed while three defects are discovered.Then,by comprehensively combing through the project management plan of the enterprise according to the defects of the analysis,four suggestions are put forward in the four aspects of what kind of project organization should be established,establishing process management model suitable for the enterprise,strengthening quality management system and enhancing the information security management.Finally,through the investigation and analysis of the project data after the implementation of the improvement program measures in A enterprise management.It is confirmed that the improved management is not only conducive to the project progress,but also could improve the quality of software and solve the existing information security risks to a certain extent.
