With the development of tourism in Weihai,the number of star-rated hotels has continuously increased and the competition is becoming increasingly intense.How to formulate marketing strategies suitable for their own development,maintain competitive advantages,and maximize profits have become thorny topics for every hotel.As the largest five-star hotel in Weihai,the research on marketing strategy of HYJG Hotel is quite typical and representative.Through in-depth investigation and research,this article collects and collates the operating data of HYJG Hotels in recent years,and then sort and analyze them.On the basis of field research,SWOT analysis is used to clarify the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of hotel marketing,and to summarize and analyze the current marketing strategies of the hotel;On the basis of defining the core stakeholders of the hotel,we use field interviews and online text analysis to explore the interests of HYJG hotel stakeholders,and use coding techniques to organize the data怂In the process of field research,I found that the current marketing strategy of the hotel still follows the traditional 4Ps theory,and the importance of service marketing is insufficient.Therefore,based on the service marketing theory,this article combining the interests of HYJG hotel core stakeholders presents a better marketing strategy plan.In addition,to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategy,it also put forward corresponding supporting measures.I hope that this essay will help HYJG Hotel form its own core competitiveness to face more fierce market competition in the future.
