| Marketing Strategies of Hotel is a flourishing research issue. With development of times, the market environment and customers’behavior appears differently. The predicament and problems in different hotel marketing exists both commonness and difference. As a high quality hotel in developing area of China, the problems in WD hotel of Nannning is typical. Based on related theory and practice, The dissertation analyses the marketing current situation and4problems by using document analysis and depth interview. The problems are as follow:neglecting the growing middle and high quality customers in tourism industry, ignoring idea of customer orientation, separating management mode resisting the whole marketing, measures of relationship marketing proved insufficient. The paper not only reveal The immediate cause of the problems, but also the basic reason. The conclusion of this research reveals that the marketing strategies of Nanning WD Hotel need improvement under current condition of establishing international tourism distributing center in Nanning. Especially, Nanning WD Hotel should makes a great progress in covering even larger market share. |
