The Reasearch Of Community Participation In Tourism Poverty Alleviation In The Northern Mountain Area In Tongchuan District Dazhou

China as the largest and fastest growing developing country all over the world, poverty has become a major social economic and political problem which must be solved at present.To sovle the problem and consolidate food and clothing is the two mountains that Chinese government is currently facing. Therefore, to seek more reasonable countermeasures for poverty alleviation in poor areas isvery important and imminent.Most of the poor areas in China belong to the “old liberated area,minority regions and remote areas”, whereas developing tourismin these areas plays an important role in cast off poverty and set out an road to prosperity. Because on the one hand, the areas of tourism potential and the areasof poverty-stricken have a lot of overlap.On the other hand, because of the historical, political factors, the conventional methods of poverty alleviation,can’t drive the local economic development grow faster,and the ordinary way of economic growth is difficult to have a good effection.And the tourism as the industry which demand less of local production and living resources, is the most appropriate and effective waytoeliminate poverty.Northern mountain area in Tongchuandistrict is affected by natural geographical environment, lead to the local economy has been growslowly so in poverty for a long time, through the analysis of the natural geographical conditions,author put forward some tourism poverty alleviation measures which are suitable for community, so that lead the residents of northern mountainou area in Tongchuan to get rid of poverty and to get rich.Based on the stakeholder theory, tourism multiplier theory, sustainable development theory and other related theory,according to analyse the effects on local natural geographical conditions in the poverty alleviation work,selected the Qingning township, Jinshi township, Jiangling township,Beishantown,Mengshuangtownship, Longtan township, Anyun township, Beimiao township, Zitong township and Xin Cuntownship,the ten towns in Dazhou Sichuanas the research object, according to the situation of the poor areas,put forward the community participation in tourism poverty alleviation measures, which are very suitable and practicalbe,the measures including community decision-making behavior of tourism poverty alleviation, the conduct of the participation and the benefit sharing, security system, etc,make the local poorpeople can quickly out of poverty.The article structure:The first chapter mainly introduced the thesis research background, significance, the domestic and foreign related literature review, research ideas, contents, technology roadmap, and so onThe second chapter, the concept of the poverty alleviation of tour and community participating in relevant analytical, theory of articles apply to commentary.The third chapter, through the analyse of natural geographical environment conditions,ofnorthern mountainou areas in Tongchuan,also according to the research of poverty, summarize the reason that result in poverty of local for a long time.The fourth chapter discusses the in of Dazhou Tongchuanof basic situation, the existing resources situation of the northern mountainou areas in Tongchuan, concluded that the feasibility,the necessity and advantageof the implementation of community participation in tourism poverty alleviation,The fifth chapter is the core content of this article,above the content research before, discuss the concrete measures of community participation in tourism, how to guarantee the local poor people out of poverty and get rich, and detailed the specific operation, make sure it can be better applied in the poverty alleviation in the tourism development of northern mountains.
