A Study On The Financial Evaluation Of The Tencent Inc's Profit Model

After nearly twenty years of rapid development,China's Internet has been playing an increasingly important role in obtaining wide information,promoting interpersonal interaction and providing convenient life.Its unique and innovative profit model has attracted wide attention.Tencent Inc is developing with many Internet Co.It has become a microcosm of Chinese Internet enterprises with the development of covering the whole Internet business.Its unique and advanced profit mode has become a model of Chinese Internet companies.In this paper,the Tencent Inc profit pattern evolution as the starting point,select the Tencent Inc from 2008 to 2016 with the financial data and business data,respectively,from the four source of profits,asset structure,Tencent Inc's financial indicators and the company of Tencent Inc,found that experienced from the initial stage of reconstructed profit model to the growth stage of adjusting profit model.To improve the evolution mode of making profit in mature stage,the company in financial performance also reflects the changes corresponding to the above,the growth stage of the Tencent Inc assets accounted for 75%of total assets,mainly through adequate cash reserves to protect the company's operating ability and anti risk ability.Financial indicators,in this period,the company's debt paying ability,operation capacity,profitability and growth have all showed superiority,occupying the leading position of the industry.The Tencent Inc began entering the mature stage for a large number of investment acquisitions since 2010,current assets to total assets ratio declined,non current assets to total assets ratio increased year by year,in 2012 to carry out e-commerce business to consume a lot of resources,the company's solvency,operating capacity,profitability,growth of the indicators were different the degree of decline.Through the analysis of Tencent Inc profit model can affect the evolution of financial performance,provide support for the financial performance of the profit model evolution,profit model of leading financial performance development,and put forward the Tencent Inc to adjust the profit model to obtain the better financial results suggested that most of the paper is summarized and prospects.I hope that through the analysis of the Tencent Inc profit model and its financial performance,we can have some learning and reference for other Internet companies.
