With the concept of “the Belt and Road” strategy put forward by China,Laos and other developing neighbors rapidly seize the opportunity,regarding it as one of the most important foreign development strategic opportunities.However,most of current national enterprises in Laos have not entered the international market,and even the entry strategies to international market of a few international brands still remain in the primary stage.The study regarding the Lao DAO coffee as a case,with the theoretical foundation of international competitiveness,international market entry and international M&A,analyzes the Lao DAO coffee international competitiveness and the Chinese coffee market environment,and finally builds the entry strategic pattern of DAO coffee in China market.The pattern is divided into three parts,namely direct import and export entry mode,business authorization entry mode,and investment entry mode,which complement each other and are interrelated.Laos enterprises can adopt incremental or perfectly coherent methods to utilize three patterns flexibly according to their own developmental status,so they will solve the past single and anemic entry strategic issues.In view of the above mode,enterprises should take it as the center,determine the developmental goal and formulate corresponding measures to realize the aspiration of DAO coffee entry the Chinese market as soon as possible;the Lao government should formulate relevant regulations and policies to encourage coffee enterprises.The study not only replenishes the deficiency of relevant researches concerning of Lao national enterprise international market entry strategy,providing a more comprehensive model reference for related academic researches,but also provides guidance for the Lao national enterprise internationalization development in a practical level.To enhance the value of the conclusion of the study,in the course of research,the author thoroughly implements the scientific and rigorous attitude and adopts a variety of scientific research methods combining mutually.Specifically,in the first period,the author mainly uses the method of investigation and literature research,and after finishing the collection of information data,uses other methods of qualitative analysis and case analysis for further research latterly.
