"The Belt and Road Initiative" Strategy for China's international engineering contracting enterprises opened a new door,many companies have spotted the opportunity to actively into the international market.The expansion of the market to China's international engineering contracting business human resources management has brought great challenges,more and more enterprises to recognize people in the international project played an important role in China want to gain a firm foothold in the international market must pay attention Human resources management,and,while paying attention to the problem at the same time should take active measures to allow China's international engineering contracting enterprises in the international market risk to a minimum.This paper mainly analyzes the status quo of human resource management in China's international engineering contracting enterprises from the strategy of " The Belt and Road Initiative ",emphasizes the current situation and characteristics of China's international engineering contracting enterprises and human resource management under the strategy of " The Belt and Road Initiative ",and then leads to the strategy of “The Belt and Road Initiative”,China's international engineering contracting enterprises,human resources management three aspects of the problem,which summed up the government,China's international engineering contracting enterprises and human resources departments of these three aspects of the response strategy,and finally with an example also from these three aspects Empirical analysis,which confirms the practicality of the strategy of human resources management in China's international engineering contracting enterprises under the strategy of " The Belt and Road Initiative ",and provides the theoretical basis for the future research.
