Research On Improvement Of Profit Model Of LS Network

The development of Internet and network technology has directly promoted the development of China's network video industry,and its market scale has gradually expanded,and competition is fierce.However,due to the fact that China's network video industry environment is not mature and customers lack the habit of paying fees,most of the network video companies can not make profits.In this thesis,one of the most famous network video enterprises in China,LS network as a case,the profit model is analyzed in detail and the financial analysis is used as a assistant.The rationalization proposal is put forward for the company's existing problems,and it is also provided for other enterprises in the same industry.First,the thesis reviews the definitions,classifications,and evaluation methods of profit patterns at home and abroad,and expounds the related theories,and then analyzes the five elements of the profit model of LS network and the related financial data from 2012 to 2017,and finally mainly relies on the finance.Analysis to find out the problems of LS network in this profit mode,and finally put forward suggestions for improving the profit mode of LS network.There are five factors of enterprise profit model,including profit point,profit object,profit lever,profit source and profit barrier,and financial analysis mainly includes solvency,operating ability,profitability and development ability.After analysis,it is found that the problems of LS network in its profit model,including too large scale of related transaction,too strong capital dependence,weak business synergy,radical development of terminal business,low trust of video members,and high pressure of market competition.Finally,according to the actual situation of LS network,this thesis puts forward the macro and micro suggestions on the problems existing in the profit model,including controlling the management level of the scale of related transactions,widening the financing channels to deal with the liquidity risk,streamlining the reasonable allocation of funds in the business scope,improving the mode of terminal business operation and prevention.Asset impairment risk,explore IP operation cooperation and so on.In the hope that the research results can provide ideas for improving LS network profit model and choose suitable development strategies.
