With the rapid development of technology and the popularization of mobile devices,real-time video viewing and resource sharing have become feasible.Short video has become a more popular online media due to its fragmented and social characteristics,and short video platforms have developed rapidly.The content of short video is increasingly rich,the scale of users has continued to expand,and the viscosity has continued to increase,which has become the main source of the duration and traffic increase of the mobile Internet.In addition,short videos also supplemented with live broadcasts,e-commerce,education,tourism and other industries,and gradually penetrated into the lives of netizens.As of December 2022,my country’s short video users have exceeded the 1 billion mark.In the national far-reaching goal in 2035,the new economy has firmly moved towards the development direction of informatization,urbanization,agricultural modernization,and new industrialization.As an important part of the new economy,the short video industry is very valuable.This article takes the domestic short video giant company’s fast hand as the main research object,and explores the relationship between the short video,the relationship between the value chain and the profit model,and combed the profit model of the fast hand from the perspective of the value chain,and then analyzes the composition of it.The requirements,including profitable objects,profit points,source of profit,profit leverage,and profit barriers,etc.,and finally summarize the characteristics of the profit model of fast hands.After that,this article analyzed the profit,debt repayment,operation and development capabilities of fast hands through the comparison with Bilibili,the same industry company,and used the Du Pont Financial Analysis System to make financial evaluation of the profit model of Kuaishou.Then start from the perspective of the internal,vertical and horizontal value chains,indicating that fast hands are facing problems such as high cost and unhealthy content ecology.In order to solve these problems,this article puts forward some optimized suggestions,such as open source streams,cost reduction and efficiency,attaching importance to user experience,and strengthening platform supervision.In order to solve the current development dilemma of Kuaishou,this article provides new ideas,and hopes to provide reference for companies in other short video industries to promote the healthy development of the industry.The main contribution of this article is to study the profit model of the fast video platform from the perspective of the value chain through the perspective of the value chain.This can not only provide relevant optimization suggestions for the fast-making profit model,but also provide a new perspective for the research on the profit model of the short video industry. |
