Research On The Development Of Producer Services In Germany

In May 2015,the leading group of China's national manufacturing power construction launched the "1+X" planning system of "made in China 2025",which stressed the importance of innovation in high-end equipment manufacturing and the development of producer services.In the outline of the 13th five-year plan,which began in 2016,the government again emphasized the development of producer services,promoting the extension of producer services to professional and high-end value chains,accelerating the pace of service innovation,and encouraging the integration of producer services and manufacturing in an interactive way.Thus,to rise the level of national manufacturing industry development,promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure must pay attention to development and fusion between manufacturing and producer services development.The reason why Germany has become a relatively developed country in the world is inseparable from the strong international competitiveness of its manufacturing industry,and the strong development of manufacturing industry is closely related to producer services.So the German producer services and its relationship with manufacturing development,explore the successful experience of the development of producer services in Germany,the producer services development of our country and has a lot to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Based on the background of "industry 4.0" in Germany,this paper studies the development of producer services in Germany through quantitative and qualitative analysis.Firstly,using inductive analysis on Germany's service sector and the present situation of the development of producer services.secondly,with the aid of producer services and their elastic coefficient of each development of manufacturing industry to the analysis of producer services and manufacturing sector development relationship.Thirdly,the empirical analysis is used to explore the influence direction and degree of each major influencing factor on the development of German producer service industry.The results show that all the main factors have positive effects on the development of producer services and its sub-industries in Germany.In particular,Germany's economic development has promoted the development of producer services.The level of technology and the level of development and openness to the outside world has also contributed to the growth of the productive service industry,but the correlation coefficient is weaker than the economy;However,the degree of industrialization is not highly correlated with the development of producer services.The possible reason is that Germany is at different stages of industrialization.Based on the successful experience of German producer service industry development,this paper analyzes the current situation of producer service industry development in China and points out the key points that hinder the development of producer service industry and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in China.We will increase investment in institutions of higher learning and scientific research and bring in researchers.We will increase the openness of technology-intensive services,especially the exchanges between the three producer services,namely,transportation,warehousing and postal services,information transmission,software and information,and scientific research and technical services,and the developed countries of the world.The most important thing is to speed up economic development and improve the service industry--the financial industry's industrial development system.
