Food Safety Regulatory Strategy Research Colleges And Universities

Paper from the perspective of food safety and based on the experience of the national food safety regulation,combined with the environment in colleges and universities,analyzed the present situation and problems of food safety supervision in colleges and universities,and using "game theory" in colleges and universities due to market and between teachers and students in the canteen food quality information not known as according to,this paper studies the is suitable for the food safety supervision system in colleges and universities.The study included the following:Firstly,it summarizes the related research both at home and abroad and expounds the food safety problems of colleges and universities.Secondly,through the game analysis of enterprises(student canteens),consumers(teachers and students)and regulators in the university food market,the problem of food safety in colleges and universities is further discussed.In view of the above studies,effective discussions have been made on the macro-system and regulations as well as on the specific mode of supervision and management.This article research results mainly has the following several aspects:1.The paper not only analyzes the national food safety supervision and management of the laws and regulations and the present situation of the supervision and management system and analyzes the management status of food safety supervision in colleges and universities.2.The thesis from the perspective of game theory,the canteen,interactions between teachers and students with regulators in the decision-making behavior and results of game analysis.Discuss the food safety regulatory problems,and puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of food safety supervision.3.Through existing food safety supervision work in colleges and universities were analyzed,and the food safety status of colleges and universities have a general idea,take various means to want to be able to in order to establish the food safety in China and even the society as a whole in the food safety work provide valuable reference.In this paper,the research significance: at present,although our country in food safety supervision and management have done a lot of research,but its innovative research is not much,especially in the specific environment of colleges and universities,due to the frequent student canteen food safety accidents,we urgently need to study environment of food safety supervision and management system for colleges and universities.In this paper,based on the experience of the national food safety regulation,combined with the environment in colleges and universities,analyzed the present situation and problems of food safety supervision in colleges and universities,and based on the "game theory" in order to establish the perfect food safety supervision system in colleges and universities to provide policy basis.
