Beautiful Countryside Construction Of Lanheliu Village In Luohe,Henan Province

With the rapid development of China's economy,China's comprehensive strength has improved significantly.However,rapid development has caused damage to the ecological environment.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has put forward various development goals for the construction of beautiful countryside.Recently,General Secretary Xi called for speeding up the structural reform of ecological civilization and comprehensively promoting the construction of beautiful countryside in Report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,taking the construction of beautiful countryside as a national strategy.Since 2013,Henan Province has launched the pilot project of “beautiful countryside” construction,focusing on the construction of beautiful village,central village and characteristic village.Rural infrastructure and village appearance have been greatly improved.This paper takes Lanheliu village,a pilot unit of “beautiful countryside” in Luohe City,Henan Province,as research object and carried a targeted study of “beautiful countryside”.This paper analyzes the current “beautiful countryside” construction situation of Lanheliu village with the case analysis and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the construction of Lanheliu village by building construction index system.Through analysis,it is found that there are still many problems in the process of construction of the village,including lack of capital supply,serious pollution problems,lack of infrastructure and management,and shortage of professionals.What's more,this paper puts forward some suggestions to further promote the “beautiful countryside” construction of Lanheliu village,which is to ensure the supply of funds,develop the superior industries,improve management,so as to provide implications for the “beautiful countryside” construction in the future.
