Research On Hunan Industrial Poverty Alleviation Model Based On Poverty Alleviation Demand Survey

At present,profound changes have taken place in our country's social contradictions.Poverty alleviation and tackling have become the main aspects in solving the problem of unbalanced development.The poverty-stricken people's need for poverty alleviation and the growing need for a better life are still strong,and the task of getting out of poverty is very difficult.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China is based on the overall situation of development.It closely follows changes in the major social contradictions and proposes that "we must resolutely win the fight against poverty," and clarify the "two precision" requirements of accurate poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation.Accurate measures are an important way to ensure accurate poverty alleviation.Only by making decisions based on households and adjusting measures to local conditions,can the effectiveness of poverty eradication be ensured in response to the willingness of poor groups and the "menu" for demanding poverty alleviation.Industrial poverty alleviation is the most effective and longest way to get rid of poverty in poor areas and poor groups.Only industrial development and industrial support can enable poor areas and poor communities to increase their incomes.In practice,poor people have various reasons for poverty,multiple poverty alleviation needs,and poverty reduction strategies such as poverty alleviation for the industry are not accurate enough.This article visits poverty-stricken households through key poverty alleviation and development counties in Hunan Province and conducts questionnaire surveys and individual interviews focusing on poverty-stricken populations to meet poverty alleviation needs to understand the causes of poverty for poor households,the need for poverty reduction,and the difference in preferences,and understand that poverty alleviation is driven by industrial poverty alleviation.Based on the practical experience,the analysis of the status quo of actualization of the poverty alleviation demand and the industrial poverty alleviation model and its practical problems exist,and on the basis of summarizing the practical experience of the "four-to-four" industrial poverty alleviation model in Hunan Province,the Poverty reduction model optimization strategy.From the power factor,the realization path and the system guarantee three aspects comprehensively optimizes the industrial poverty alleviation pattern,causes the industrial poverty alleviation pattern to have the pertinence,causes the industrial poverty alleviation to have the actual effect,thus fully meets the poverty alleviation demand of the poor households which different causes of poverty,fully mobilizes the poor households to participate in the industrial project enthusiasm,enhances the industrial in the poverty alleviation and development" the hematopoietic" function,enhances the industrial poverty alleviation drive effect,promotes the poor farmers to rise out of poverty.
