In recent years,the macroeconomic and financial situation is complicated and changeable.On the one hand,the market competition of interest rate and the financial information environment is more intense.The assets and liabilities management of commercial banks is facing great challenges.On the other hand,the commercial banks have the public business with the continuous deepening of the structural reform of the supply side and the rapid advance of the financial reform.The development of new technology will usher in new opportunities.The development of financial technology will provide stronger impetus for public business.In particular,the demand for the combination of intermediary business products,such as public storage,loan products and cash management,is becoming more and more strong,and the banking industry has welcomed new opportunities for the development of corporate banking.Based on a large number of literature reading and sorting,this paper improves the public business development strategy of Fujian branch of Bank of communications.Through the analysis of the current situation of the public business in Fujian branch of the Bank of communications,it is found that there are some problems in the public business,such as the decline in profitability,the lag of marketing means,the decline of market share,and the acceleration of customer differentiation.The reason for this series of problems is that the interest rate difference between loans and deposits has been greatly tightened,product innovation is lagging behind,commercial banks are intensifying competition,and financial market environment is changing.According to the development strategy and current situation of the Fujian branch of the Bank of communications,after the PEST analysis,different marketing strategies are used for different customers to develop the public business products actively,divide the customers into regionalization,and control the customer industry.In order to achieve the expected effect on the development of public business,this paper puts forward four necessary safeguard measures to strengthen the regional advantage,improve the human resource system,develop the diversified business and optimize the risk management system,so as to support the development of the public business.The research of this paper has put forward a practical development strategy for the development of the public business in Fujian branch of the Bank of communications.It will help to strengthen the competitiveness of the Bank of communications in Fujian,improve the overall management level of the company and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.This research also has some reference significance for similar commercial banks to improve public business development strategies.
