A Study On Strategic Management Of Port Auto Transportation Business Based On Balance Score Card

For lack of the effective controlling index system in the operation of the strategy,many enterprises strategies failed to achieve the desired objectives.For numerous enterprises in our country, it is an arduous task to become centralorganization of strategic management by establishing a complete strategicmanagement controlling system and a systematic, well-balanced and overall objectiveand checking system.The present paper gives the strategic management thorough analysis andappraisal by introducing the balanced scorecard as the strategic management tool. Thethoughts and theory of the balanced scorecard systematically are presented along withthe detailed process of setting up the balanced scorecard in organization. Some keyfactors are clarified by evaluating the operation of these enterprises with BostonMatrix. With the tool of SWOT, this thesis studies the internal and exterior operatingenvironment, advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and challenges of theseenterprises. Research is made on the enterprise strategic management of the port autotransportation on the basis of the balanced scorecard. The strategy is decomposed,followed by the setup of the strategic objectives and establishment of the balancedscorecard according to the causality between the objectives.
