Hainan Tourism Poverty Alleviation Policy Implementation Research

In November 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the concept of"precise poverty alleviation" in the 18-dong village of Xiangxi,Hunan.Under the guidance of accurate poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation,many effective practices and innovative explorations were carried out throughout the country.In particular,with the socialism and with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the western provinces including Hainan have ushered in new opportunities.Hainan's tourism-oriented poverty alleviation has been tested in practice,and it is comprehensively implemented to implement the tourism poverty alleviation policy in Hainan for the future.Evaluating and proposing accuracy,rationality,and forward-looking countermeasures for the new period,new stage,and new issues have become one of the propositions that must be solved at this stage.In the context of further promoting the implementation of the tourism poverty alleviation strategy in Hainan and the overall tourism,Hainan's "tourism plus poverty alleviation" model has achieved initial success in rural tourism poverty alleviation and precision assistance,but it is relatively lacking in theoretical research and empirical analysis.This article comprehensively uses the literature research method and the empirical analysis method,uses the mathematical statistics method to analyze and identify the key factors influencing the implementation of precision poverty alleviation in Hainan,and demonstrates the empirical research results from the practical perspectives,and through the specific study of typical cases,the empirical research results are demonstrated from the perspective of practical dimensions to construct the endogenous dynamic mechanism of tourism precision poverty alleviation in Hainan.The study finds that the first factor affecting the implementation of precision tourism poverty alleviation in Hainan is the policy implementation factor,the second factor is the resident factor,and the policy factor has a biased effect compared with economic and social factors.Based on the research results,the paper proposes the path and countermeasures for Hainan tourism's accurate poverty alleviation.
