| In the context of economic globalization and the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji region,the integration of logistics is an important part of regional development.With the rapid improvement of the logistics infrastructure in Jing-Jin-Ji region,the new logistics demand has been continuously generated and increased.The continuous expansion of the logistics scale has greatly improved the regional logistics capacity.Regional logistics capacity,as well as the speed and maturity of development also affect the economic development of the region to a certain extent and the optimization of the industrial structure.For a long time,Jing-Jin-Ji region are in a state of unordered development,and there are great differences in the development of each region,and the regional logistics capability is uneven.Therefore,this study first evaluates the regional logistics capacity of Jing-Jin-Ji region,and carries out relevant analysis based on the size of each regional logistics capacity,optimizing and constructing the spatial layout of regional logistics development,so as to better promote the collaborative development of Jing-Jin-Ji regional logistics.This paper summarizes the research methods,contents and conclusions of scholars at home and abroad.Based on the theory of regional correlation,this paper discusses the correlation mechanism between them in detail.Qualitative analysis based on regional logistics capability,from the economic base,industrial base and social base construction of Jing-Jin-Ji regional logistics capability evaluation system,evaluation by principal component analysis method,on the basis of the regional logistics capability assessment,the application of gravity model and logistics membership degree formula for the development of the logistics spatial layout optimization.We evaluate the logistics capacity of Jing-Jin-Ji region,First of all,the corresponding data of the indicators from 2007 to 2016 were selected for the macroscopic measurement analysis of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province respectively,and then comprehensive evaluation was made based on the results of the three regional analysis.Then,the corresponding data of the 2015 indicators were selected to carry out a macroscopic evaluation and analysis on a total of 13 regions including Beijing,Tianjin and 9 cities in Hebei Province.Finally,combined with the two research results,we carried out a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the logistics capacity of Jing-Jin-Ji regional.Based on the evaluation results of regional logistics capacity,Thirteen cities in the Jing-Jin-Ji regional are split into three levels,So as to determine the logistics hub node.Further application of gravity model determination of Tianjin city logistics force,combined with the logistics of determining the membership of the radiation range of the city center.Besides,we divide the attraction of the cities into 4 types,Point-to-point branch channels are established between cities with strong gravity and strong gravity,and space layout is optimized.On the basis of this,the spatial distribution of the hub and spoke Jing-Jin-Ji regional logistics is constructed.The study found that the logistics capacity of Jing-Jin-Ji region has been increasing year by year,and the logistics capacity of every city is uneven.It is concentrated in the reflection of Hebei Province,the low logistics capability cannot meet the current logistics demand,which is quite different from Beijing and tianjin.According to the regional logistics capacity of different levels,we determine the hub node and the axis radiation range,construct the four major logistics radiation circles,establish arterial and branch channels between the axis cities and the hub cities,and increase the space layout of the point to point branch line channels.Finally,based on the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji region and their respective functional orientation,some policy suggestions are put forward for the development of the regional logistics in Jing-Jin-Ji region. |
