Research On The Development Strategy Of Professional Cooperatives Of Hucuo Farmhouse From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

With the continuous expansion of the rural tourism market and in-depth development of modern tourists to pursue the "ecological" and"personal" diversification of tourism,the domestic urban residents returning to the generation of natural consciousness,short travel experiences have been a boiling travel trend.Farm tourism is a new type of leisure tourism,this model combines traditional agriculture and tourism.It is based on the natural scenery of local villages,local characteristics,folk culture and other resources.They can experience rural production and life which is generally welcomed by tourists.Youxi County Hucuo farmhouse cooperatives,are relying on Youxi County"Xiatianxia" scenic area,and is actively developing catering and accommodation,to provide facilities for the scenic tourism.Cooperatives make full use of the farmer's homes and contracted land to provide land for the tourists,catering,fishing,picking,shopping services,and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of cooperatives,members and common economic interests.This helps enhance cooperation and communication between the cooperatives,government,and the public,in order to promote the sustainable development of the farmhouses,and play its role in improving the rural economy,beautifying the rural environment,and enriching the life of the villagers,so as to achieve the goal of cooperation in earning for living.To achieve this goal,we need to conduct research on the strategy of Hucuo Farmhouse Cooperatives in Youxi County.This study will provide ideas and countermeasures for the promotion of professional cooperatives in Hucuo Farmhouse in Youxi County in order to improve the operational efficiency of cooperatives and ensure that their goals are achieved.The research ideas are as follows:Firstly,through literature research,combing research on farmer cooperatives and other relevant research,theories of stakeholders,game theory,etc.,refer to domestic successful experiences,such as Miyun Shitang Road Village Folk Custom TourismProfessional Cooperative,to provide a theoretical basis for this research.Secondly,through field surveys,we will understand the current situation of Hucuo Farmhouse Cooperatives in Youxi County,analyze the basic conditions and development effectiveness,such as stimulating employment in the labor force and increasing the income of the villagers,etc.;Third is analysis of impacts of major stakeholders in farmer cooperatives in,Hucuo Farmhouse,Youxi County.,such as impact analysis of industry associations,government impact analysis,etc.;Fourth,analysis of problems in professional cooperatives in Hucuo Farmhouse in Youxi County,such as low quality of practitioners and outdated business concepts,inactive marketing,little propaganda,etc.Finally,the Hucuo Farmhouse Professional Cooperative in Youxi County raised its own strategies to improve development,such as improving the quality of practitioners,improving business concepts,innovating marketing strategies,and extending the industrial chain.I hope to develop professional research for farmhouse professional cooperatives which can be used as a reference.
