Study On The Current Situation And Promoting Development Of Farmhouse Resorts In Chengdu Sansheng Hua Village

With the acceleration of urbanization,the life pressure of urban population is becoming larger and larger,which leads to a variety of“urban diseases”.Therefore,how to relieve the pressure of urban people,the release of anxiety has become a major challenge for social development in the new period.In recent years,rural tourism has become a popular way to relieve urban people’s mental stress.As the advanced representative of the rural tourism model,the farmhouse resort entered a period of rapid development.Chengdu has the name of "the state of heaven","the food capital" and "the leisure capital",which is one of the earlier areas of rural tourism development.At the end of the 20 th century,the area of Sansheng flower town,which in the Jinjiang District of Chengdu,depends on the industrial advantages of “the land of flower and wood of China”,has actively developed "the farmhouse resort" tourism,and has become one of the birthplaces of the "the farmhouse resort" tourism model in china.Based on the good natural resources and location conditions,the area of Sansheng flower town has become a model for the development of rural tourism in southwest China,its development model also has a certain exemplary role in Chengdu province and the whole country.However,in recent years,the development of farmhouse tourism is facing bottlenecks.All kinds of new types of entertainment modes emerge in endlessly.At the same time,the rapid development of leisure agriculture also makes the farmhouse tourism homogeneity phenomenon seriously,and the market competition becomes more and more intense,the pace of development of the area of Sansheng flower town has gradually slowed down.In the fierce competition of the farmhouse resort,it is worth exploring further of how the area of Sansheng flower town will maintain its own advantages,and in which areas need to be improved.This thesis takes the farmhouse resort of Sansheng flower town,which in the Jinjiang District,as the research object.Based on the study of related literature,this thesis analyzes the background,purpose and significance of the farmhouse resort tourism.Besides,this thesis analyzes the present situation of the development of the farmhouse resort of Sansheng flower town by combining the theory of sustainable development,market segmentation theory,social exchange theory and regional development theory.At the same time,through the field investigation of the farmhouse resort of Sansheng flower town,questionnaire survey of tourists,interviews of rural enterprises,and combining with Sansheng flower town’s environment,geographical location,resources,technology,management and other aspects of the situation,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the factors influencing the development of the farmhouse resort of Sansheng flower town,so as to make suggestions and feasibility suggestions for the further development of the farmhouse resort of Sansheng flower town,and it also provides relevant reference for the development of other farmhouse resort in China.
