In the context of global economic and financial integration,business competition is increasingly fierce,their competitive advantage mainly rely on talent to achieve.In recent years,the phenomenon of brain drain in China's joint-stock commercial banks has become more and more common,and has gradually become the "talent training base" of foreign banks.In the final analysis,the loss of talent is the result of lower job satisfaction.In many types of employees,the satisfaction of customer managers is getting more and more attention.In order to improve the job satisfaction level of the client manager,it is necessary to discuss the job satisfaction of the client manager.The main contributions of this paper are related to the research and development of the joint-stock commercial banks.In this paper,A bank account manager is used as the survey object,and the questionnaire analysis method is used to study the factors that affect the job satisfaction of the client manager by using the empirical analysis method such as correlation analysis and regression analysis.And finally got the following conclusions:First,the career development factor has positive effect on the job satisfaction of the client manager,and its influence intensity is the biggest compared with other factors.Second,the pay and benefits factors significantly positive impact on A bank account manager job satisfaction.Third,the corporate culture plays an important role in the A bank,is to enhance the customer manager's job satisfaction,while improving the customer manager loyalty,responsibility and sense of belonging.Fourth,the better the working environment of a bank,the higher the satisfaction of the client manager,therefore,to improve and improve the working environment of A bank is to enhance the customer manager job satisfaction one of the important means.Fifth,the management environment has little impact on the satisfaction of the client manager's job satisfaction,but it also promotes the improvement of the job satisfaction of the client manager.According to the research results,this paper puts forward relevant management suggestions from the aspects of career development level,salary and welfare level,corporate culture level,working environment level and management environment level,which provides reference and reference for A bank to improve the satisfaction of client manager.
