| Corporate business is one of the main businesses of commercial banks.It is also the fundamental driving force for the normal operation of commercial banks.In the process of the development of corporate customers in commercial banks,the corporate customer manager system is a marketing oriented institutional arrangement to meet the changes of market and customer needs.With the development of the banks,corporate business has increasingly become an important part of commercial banks to improve their market competitiveness and business stability.Corporate customer managers,as Raiders and key attackers in the development of corporate business,play an irreplaceable important role,laying a solid foundation for the healthy and stable development of corporate business of commercial banks.Therefore,through salary management,we must effectively motivate corporate customer managers,stimulate the vitality of the corporate customer managers,build a team of corporate financial professionals with quick response,hard fighting and high skills,and improve the professional quality and performance level of the company’s team.Based on the on-the-spot investigation of Bank A’s corporate customer managers,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the salary management of Bank A’s corporate customer managers by using the enterprise salary management theory.It finds that bank A has the following deficiencies in the salary management of corporate customer managers: firstly,the salary structure does not conform to the nature of the work of corporate customer managers;Secondly,there are some defects in the determination of basic salary;Thirdly,there are defects in performance appraisal;Fourthly,the overall salary level is low.In the view of above problems,this paper focus on the following countermeasures: firstly,you should improve the proportion of performance bonus and optimize the bonus structure;Secondly,you should optimize the determination of basic salary;Thirdly,you should improve the assessment of corporate customer managers. |
