Research On The Impact Of Corporate Environmental Responsibility On Enterprise Performance

China's economy has entered a "scale from extensive to intensive quality,industry economy is facing the transformation and upgrading,structural optimization,economic development stage,accumulation of environmental pollution incidents,and become a new social contradictions environmental pollution is mainly caused by the economic activities of the enterprise,as an important carrier for market economic activity,should accelerate the environmental protection investment,production of green products,and actively fulfill the environmental responsibility,this is the inevitable trend of economic development.Based on the research results of environmental responsibility at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the fulfillment of environmental responsibility in Chinese enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures to promote enterprises to fulfill their environmental responsibilities.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part is introduction,this chapter introduces the research background,research status quo of environmental responsibilities of enterprises at home and abroad and the significance;the second part is the concept and theory,the three theory associated with the introduction of this study,social contract theory,stakeholder theory,externality in view of our country;12 key polluting industries listed companies in third typical part,firstly,analysis of the current situation of environmental responsibility performance,then we according to the status and performance of enterprises to fulfill the environmental responsibility of enterprises for sample analysis and empirical research,put forward to carry out environmental responsibility has a positive correlation to business performance point of view;the fourth part of the push corporate environmental responsibility put forward countermeasures;the fifth part is the inspiration and outlook.In this paper,through the analysis of panel data of 12 typical listed companies on four key polluting industries in China for 2010-2016 years,the empirical corporate environmental responsibility index through a significant test,and significantly positive,confirmed that the enterprises to actively carry out environmental responsibility has a positive impact on business performance for.Then,according to the analysis results,it is proposed that enterprises should bear the environmental responsibilities positively,and the environmental responsibilities of enterprises will contribute to the improvement of economic efficiency and market competitiveness,and put forward a series of countermeasures to promote enterprises to fulfill their environmental responsibilities.
