Study On Corporate Environmental Responsibility Drivers,Environmental Management And Performance

Since the new century,the environmental problems have gradually evolved into an important social issues and greatly changed the direction of economic development, it is very important for enterprises to gain competitive advantage by taking environmental responsibility. Therefore, to clear the relationship between the driven factors of corporate environmental responsibility, environmental management and business performance can provide a positive reference for enterprises to carry out environmental management.Based on the stakeholder theory, corporate social responsibility theory and sustainable development theory, through the theoretical analysis of the three aspects and their relationship.By using hypothesis, constructing the research model and collecting the questionnaire data, using the method of factor analysis and path analysis to research two problems.Firstly,analyzing whether corporate environmental responsibility driven factors can influence the performance of enterprises directly, then, analyzing how can environmental management influence the relationship between environmental responsibility driven factors and enterprise’s performance.By means of qualitative analysis,this paper screens out twenty two indexes,through factor analysis screening out six public research indicators,finally,by path analysis,coming to the conclusion:enterprise external driven factors have a positive impact on internal driven factors,and can actively influence enterprise business performance through enterprise environmental management;corporate environmental responsibility drivers can not pose a direct impact on enterprise performance,only by converting the environmental pressures into green business motivation and establishing a perfect environmental system,can effectively improve enterprise performance.The article finally combines with the current situation of the enterprises,proposing four environmental management improvements and suggestions.
