Research On The Precision Poverty Alleviation In Datong Village Under The Combined Effect Of Diversified Helping Forces

The problem of rural poverty was not only the main issue that restricts China's current socio-economic development,but also its effective resolution was a key issue for China's ability to build a socialist harmonious society and build a well-off society in an all-round way.Wusheng County,one of the 34 provincial-level poverty-stricken counties in the Qinba Mountains,was a key area for precision poverty alleviation work in Sichuan Province,and it was also a difficult area.As a poor village in the establishment of archives in Wusheng County,Datong Village had worked hard together to fully completed accurate poverty alleviation work and successfully escaped poverty.This article attempted to dissect Datong Village's accurate poverty reduction process in the national precision poverty alleviation strategy process,and analyzed what's the work mechanism of the country,province,city and county level in the poverty-stricken village,what kind of machine production was used for poverty-stricken households,and how can poverty-stricken households got rid of poverty through poverty alleviation.The above research areas were concentrated areas of specially stricken.Started with the analysis of the multiple help forces,such as the government assistance force,the social help force and the self-help force of the villagers,this paper analyzed “Longitudinal Force support mechanism”,“Transverse force assistance mechanism”,“Endogenous force interaction Mechanism” and other pluralistic helping forces mechanism in Datong's precision poverty alleviation.On the basis of the analysis of the joint action mechanism of diversified assisting forces,this paper analyzed the effectiveness of Datong Village's precise poverty alleviation efforts under the combined effects of diversified help forces,and put forward four main models,such as “Government-led security model at all levels”,“Social capital(company + base + peasant household)Cooperation mode”,“Support mode of counterpart units”and“The model of villagers ' endogenous power”.The results of the research on precision poverty alleviation in Datong Village could be applied to poverty alleviation work in other rural areas in poverty-stricken areas,to contribute to the fight against poverty and hard work in China,and it would contribute to win the battle for poverty alleviation and ensure that the poor and poverty-stricken areas achieve a well-off society in an all-round way.
