A Study On The Reform Of The Tourism Administration System Of Shaoshan City From The Perspective Of All-for-one Tourism

The arrival of mass tourism has opened up a new situation in the development of all-for-one tourism.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for the all-for-one tourism administration system.Thus,many localities are exploring a suitable tourism management system for themselves,starting the reform of the tourism administration system.However,in the process of adapting to the development of the all-for-one tourism,there are a series of problems in the management system including the incomplete implementation of supply-side reforms,inadequate government planning guidance,and imperfect management and coordination mechanisms.It gradually caused the government,enterprises and the public to pay attention to the reform of tourism administrative management system from the perspective of all-for-one tourism.They began to reflect on the consequences of these problems and find effective solutions.Based on this background,this thesis refered to and used the results of some outstanding practice in the domestic and foreign tourism administration systems.Take Shaoshan City----the leader of the national red tourism and the first batch of all-for-one tourism demonstration zone creation units,as the research object.This thesis uses literature analysis methods,case study methods,summative analysis methods and other research methods.By stating and explaining the related knowledge and theory of tourism management as well as the current research situation at home and abroad,combining with the actual situation of tourism development in Shaoshan City,the author start the research.First of all,the author describes the current situation of the development of tourism in the entire region and the development of tourism administration system in Shaoshan City;Then,analyze the problems and causes of the reform of the tourism administrative system in Shaoshan City in detail;Finally,put forward the new direction and countermeasures for the innovation of the administrative management system from the perspective of the all-for-one tourism in Shaoshan City.One of the concrete measures is that starting from optimizing the tourism development environment,making full use of the government's service function and strengthening industry supervision to innovativing tourism management system,establish the development service mechanism,market service mechanism,regional cooperation mechanism and community participation mechanism under the all-for-one tourism.
