Research On The Policy Of Shaoshan Red Tourism

The tourism industry in China is booming,while red tourism attracts a large number of tourists with its unique spiritual connotation.The development of red tourism has become a strategic deployment of tourism development in China.It has also been an important means for the country to develop political and cultural education,and an effective way to improve cultural soft power and to enhance the core values of socialism.As a famous revolutionary and red tourism base in China,Shaoshan has a rich historical and cultural history of red tourism,abundant red tourism resources,and high popularity of red brands.Making proper use of red tourism policy to develop the Shaoshan red tourism base in depth,not only promotes the brand effect of the Shaoshan red tourism base,but also expands the strategic channel of implementing a strong cultural province in Hunan,and further boosts the country's soft power and international influence.Recent years,a series of national,provincial,and municipal red tourism policies have been introduced one after another.The implementation of these policies has promoted the rapid development of the Shaoshan red tourism industry to a great extent and has achieved certain results.In order to comprehensively and deeply grasp the policy of the development of Shaoshan red tourism base and to advance the development in the future,this paper uses research methods including the survey,typical case analysis,literature research on the basis of systematically summarizing the domestic and international literature and Shaoshan red tourism policy.The paper focuses on the macro and micro policies for the development of Shaoshan red tourism base.Due to the local government's excessive pursuit of economic growth,the non-uniformity of development ideas,and the unsatisfactory management system,problems have arisen in terms of feasibility,continuity,perfection,and coordination of policies,especially during the implementation process.There will be many obstacles,for example,the implementation of the policy could be biases;the effect is poor;and the ideal value is not achieved.For these problems,combined with the current status of Shaoshan red tourism policy,the paper proposes measures to play the role of the policy and promote the development of Shaoshan red tourism base.Actions like to improve the policy feasibility through scientific deployment,to integrate development with good policy relevance,to improve policy integrity throughstrengthening supervision and evaluation,to facilitate both social benefits and economic benefits by combining protection and development,could make the policy closer to reality,which means the policy more operable,more in line with the actual development of Shaoshan red tourism base and the trend of red tourism,and effectively promotes the further steady development of Shaoshan red tourism.
