All the countries in the world are working hard to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products effectively.China has done a lot of exploration in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products,such as varcharroduced several relevant laws.The central No.1 document has also been required to strengthen food safety supervision for many years.Because of the exploration,the problem of quality and safety of agricultural products in China has been greatly improved,and food safety accidents have decreased year by year.At the same time,many scholars have explored and innovating effective methods to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products from different angles.Traceability technology is a typical representative.After years of development,the traceability technology has made many beneficial results in guaranteeing the quality and safety of agricultural products.However,due to the existence of a variety of restrictive factors,such as the existence of information asymmetry between enterprises,the difficulty of tracing the source,the government's ineffective supervision,the low social participation and the lack of supervision of the security of the circulation process,it is difficult to further develop the Traceability Technology in the protection of the quality and safety of agricultural products.Based on the theoretical study of the multilateral platform,the author analyses the reasons for the slow development of the traceability platform for agricultural products in China.Combined with the advantages of the multisided platform(MSP)and the traceability of agricultural products,the paper put forward the construction of quality and safety of agricultural products traceability multisided platform.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: First of all,the background and significance of the research are elaborated.Combining with the research and development at home and abroad,the varcharernal causes of China's agricultural products traceability platform are analyzed.Second,this paper studied the basic theory,and based on theory,the key control povarchars of agricultural products quality and safety traceability are studied by FMECA.Third,this paper studied the coding standard of EAN/UCC-128,and based on the Space-time information of processing,a new traceability code,which can be used to trace the quality and safety of agricultural products,is proposed.Forth,this paper studies the identity authentication of the producers,the transport and the sales,based on the timing and positioning function of the Beidou satellite navigation system.Then,this paper analyzes the requirements of the platform from several dimensions,and with the guidance of demand analysis,the overall design and detailed design of the platform are carried out.Finally,the main functions of the platform are realized by using Java development technology.In this paper,the platform can help the circulation of agricultural products,including planting,production,circulation,quality inspection,consumption and supervision,to realize information sharing.The "Space-time code" ensures the uniqueness of a single agricultural product in the circulation process.This platform not only ensures the safety of the source of agricultural products,but also guarantees the safety of the whole process of agricultural products "from the farmland to the table".
