In recent years, because of illegally added, pesticide and veterinary drug residue and excessive heavy metal pollution caused by agricultural products quality and safety problems have occurred, especially consumer purchase of agricultural products quality and safety problems occur, it is difficult to find the main responsibility, serious damage to the consumer’s vital interests, which triggered a consumer backlash to the supervision of the quality and safety of agricultural products.An effective way to solve the problem of the quality and safety of agricultural products is to establish a traceability system of agricultural products quality and safety. Under the call of the national government, from the beginning of 2009, China has started to build the region’s agricultural product traceability system, but mostly just a flash in the pan, soon the lack of operational power.
