Study On The Construction Of Traceability System Of Fresh Agricultural Products

Fresh agricultural product is the basic necessities for people,any change of its quality and safety will arouse the close attention of the society.Thus,safe food has become the new consumption trend.In recent years,the overall situation of food quality and safety in China has been significantly improved,but in the supply chain fresh agricultural product can easily emerge such safety problems as spoilage and deterioration,leading to a crisis of consumer confidence.Existing research and practice show that the traceability system is of great significance in agricultural product safety risk control.Therefore,the construction of the traceability system for fresh agricultural product will become an vital means to ensure product quality and safety and increase added value.By tracking and monitoring every aspect of the fresh agricultural product supply chain,we can not only track all the information from the“seeds to the plate”,avoiding the occurrence of safety accidents,but also trace back the source from the reverse,and find the root cause as well as the main body who are in charges.This method helps people to strengthen the consciousness of safety production,and based on this goal,it is important to study the construction of the traceability system of fresh agricultural products.From the perspective of supply chain management,the thesis elaborates the concepts related to the traceability system of fresh agricultural product and the research progress at home and abroad,and has a good command of the relevant basis for the development of traceability systems for fresh agricultural product.Besides,the thesis analyzes the development situation of traceability system for fresh agricultural product at home and abroad especially in Tianjin,which provides a realistic foundation for the construction of the following traceability systems for fresh agricultural product.On this basis,the overall structure and basic process of the traceability system of fresh agricultural products were explored,and the technical support and system composition were analyzed and expounded.Finally,an empirical study was conducted on the construction of the Shawo radish traceable system at Xiaoduzhuang Village in Tianjin,taking the Xiaoduzhuang Fruit and Vegetable Plantation Cooperative in Tianjin as an example.By investigating the cultivation,storage and transportation management processes of radish,using information technology such as QR codes and the Internet to construct,operate,modify and improve the traceability system of Shawo Radish in Xiaoduzhuang Village,and proposing the related safeguard measures,thethesis gets a persuasive information records and trace data.In a word,all this provide reference for the construction and improvement of the traceability system for fresh agricultural products in Tianjin in the future.What's more,in the last part of the thesis,the author predicts the next research point on the basis of the weakness of the research itself.
