Research On The Structure Agricultural Products Quality And Safety Tracing System In Mengzhou County

With the development of the society,people’s demand of life is not only to eat satisfied wear warm,more is to eat and wear well,even to eat healthy.Nowadays,Food safety problem is increasingly serious including food safety of agricultural products.Frequent food safety issues are the people’s livelihood issues that are urgently needed.At the same time,the study of food safety in academia has never been less intense,which is a major concern for politicians.The study was based on the quality and safety traceability system in the city of mengzhou and to comprehensively investigate the quality and safety traceability system of the agricultural products of the city.This paper makes a thorough investigation of its construction and finds the source of the problem and solves it in order to provide practical summary and countermeasure support.First of all,through the study of the field investigation and research of the city,we found that there are problems in the process of constructing in the city of mengzhou agricultural product quality safety traceability system.That is,the traceability of agricultural products is incomplete,the information is inaccurate and the system of traceability is low in popularity.Secondly,through in-depth study of the problem,the problem is found mainly because of the incomplete construction of the tracing system while there is not enough market identification and lack of publicity for the system.Finally,by using the experience of success model,this paper summarizes the countermeasures of constructing the quality and safety traceability system of the agricultural products in the city of Mengzhou.Namely: perfect the "field-table" information entry and we will step up training efforts and clean up market uniform norms and so on.Through the in-depth investigation of this article,the conclusion is drawn: firstly,the establishment of the system of agricultural production traceability can improve the quality of agricultural products.Second,agricultural product quality safety traceability system of ontology is agricultural products,development of traceability systems have to be designed according to the local actual situation,tofully consider agricultural products category,personnel quality,the geographical position and supporting facilities and other factors.Three is to increase the government support of the agricultural product quality safety traceability system,especially the local government to assume the responsibility on the development of the system construction.Previous research on the agricultural products quality and safety in Mengzhou was based on agricultural products,but this paper studied the system as a research object.
