| Precise poverty alleviation is related to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.But the rural land which is closely related to poor households still shows the characteristics of fragmentation and extensive operation in this difficult important moment and lead to the rural land does not produce reasonable economic benefit.It has the double meaning of reality and theory to solve the question of how to improve the utilization efficiency of rural land and help poor households continue liberation from poverty.Heckscher-Ohlin theory demonstrates the importance of land use in poor areas economic development.Production data,right of assets and land capital are the three functions of rural land for precise poverty alleviation,capitalization of land can produce the highest interest.This paper has conducted field research of agricultural land transfer mode with the benefit of poor households on J city,J province.Using game theory to analyze the influencing factors of operational construction land enters the market.Conduct mechanism and improve research of decrease of arable land with increase of construction land policy in poor area.Finally,the research realized the coverage of two kinds of rural land capitalized utilization.Basing on above investigations,the main ideas of the thesis are concluded as:improve the utilization efficiency of land elements in precise poverty alleviation is the necessary mode and effective guarantee to win the war of poverty alleviation.The model of farmer-cooperative is the most efficient way to safeguards the benefit of the poor households.Not only help poor households shake off poverty,but also make them more confident.The optimal strategy of operational construction land is(enter the market,choice operational construction land,allow and promote).Trading platform,infrastructure,rationalize the law and regulation,policy support and reform assessment system are the five methods to promote three subjects to choose the optimal strategy. |
