Research On Poverty In Non Poor Counties

After the implementation of the precision poverty alleviation strategy,the precision poverty alleviation work in all parts of the country has achieved certain results,but in the investigation,it has been found that the precision poverty alleviation of poverty alleviation in the non poor counties has some problems,and the deep exploration of the problem has a positive effect on the realization of the real poverty relief.In poverty alleviation,we must rely on ourselves instead of relying on people.Poor people can combine national preferential policies and industrious instincts to get rid of poverty for a long time.Therefore,the poor households in the poor counties must never wait for the help policy to knock.They must rely on their own hands to create a better life in the future.Based on the investigation and interview of N County in non poverty-stricken counties,this paper studies N County as a non poverty-stricken county.Through literature,empirical analysis and summarization,the author deeply studies the poverty problem in N county.The problems of poverty in the N County of non poverty county are mainly lack of understanding,the gap of accurate help and support,the poor implementation of the policy,the unsound work style,the lack of work system and the relatively single source of income.The reason why this situation is formed is the lack of strong labor force,and the two is the strong consciousness of small farmers;three Because of illness,because of poor disease;four is due to poor overall quality is not high.The characteristics of poverty in non poverty-stricken counties are objectivity,historicity,diversity and difference.The poverty and poor counties of non poor counties have found that the poverty types in the two different poverty-stricken areas are different.The poverty-stricken counties are generally absolute poverty,subsistence poverty,and adequate food and clothing,while the relative poverty,developing and structural poverty in the poor counties are different from those in the poor counties and the poor counties.The poverty rate between them is not the same,the difficulty of poverty alleviation poverty county than non poor counties.It is of economic,political and social significance to pay attention to the poverty problem in non poor counties.To solve the problem of poverty alleviation in non poor counties,it is necessary for the poverty alleviation in the non poverty-stricken counties to help the poor,education and poverty alleviation,health support and poverty alleviation,social assistance and poverty alleviation,and the need to strengthen the supervision,carry out the special treatment of poverty alleviation,and innovate the reform mechanism.The system support for poverty alleviation and poverty in non poor counties requires industrial poverty alleviation,education and poverty alleviation,medical support poverty alleviation,and social assistance poverty alleviation,so as to realize the real poverty relief.
