The competition between enterprises is the competition of talents after all,who is the carrier of existing skills and knowledge,rich characteristics of competent great,for the rapid development of an enterprise,to provide power and inexhaustible source for the.In the modern human resources management system,performance management system is the most important part of the enterprise,so how to use the management system,establish a comprehensive performance management system,so as to stimulate the potential of employees,and promote the development of the enterprise quickly and steadily,which is the primary problem of enterprises need to solve.Performance management is one of the effective ways to motivate employees and promote the development of enterprises in the enterprise management,although many enterprises begin to pay attention to the performance management and the introduction of the implementation,but the overall effect is not very obvious,there are still many problems.Based on foreign and domestic performance management theory and practice research,combined with China's specific social environment and cultural tradition,theory and practice,the existing performance management of KY company in the paper analysis and research.First review the domestic and foreign relevant performance management theories,and then introduces the current situation and performance management of KY company,and then analyzed the situation of performance management of KY company,according to the actual situation of KY company,proposed the performance.
