An Empirical Study On "Internet +",Industrial Agglomeration And Industrial Structure Ecology

Under the new economic normal,"Made in China 2025" proposed the development concept of insisting on innovation-driven,structural optimization and green development.As the new driving engine of China's economic transformation,“Internet+” has promoted economic growth,optimized and adjusted the industrial structure,while enhancing the green quality of the economy and achieving an ecological transformation of the industrial structure.This paper firstly selects the provincial-level data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2006 to 2016.Through the dynamic and static panel regression,the impact of “Internet+” on industrial agglomeration is studied.Secondly,starting from the four dimensions of energy consumption intensity,environmental efficiency,rationalization of industrial structure,and advanced industrial structure,we will further study the “Internet +” linking industrial agglomeration to drive the ecological changes in the industrial structure.The research results show that the first “Internet+” initiative broke the inherent boundary of traditional industries,weakened the positive externalities of industrial space agglomeration,and inhibited the industrial agglomeration of the Yangtze River Economic Belt;at the same time,the industrial agglomeration itself had obvious lag effect and later industrial agglomeration degree.Affected by the previous period;secondly,the “Internet +” and industrial agglomeration linkage effects can reduce energy consumption,improve environmental efficiency,and enhance the rationalization and advanced level of the industrial structure,and have a significant role in promoting the ecological improvement of the industrial structure;Third,the level of industrial agglomeration and industrial structure ecology in the eastern and central and western regions are uneven,and the “Internet +” driving effect is positive or negative.When formulating policy recommendations,the actual situation in the region should be fully considered and local conditions should be taken into account.Finally,the following policy recommendations are proposed: First,to strengthen the construction of Internet infrastructure and accelerate the innovation of Internet information technology;second,to promote the deep integration of “Internet+” and industry,to achieve resource sharing and cross-regional integration;and third,to continue to optimize the industrial structure and improve Industrial eco-efficiency;Fourth,improve the policy supply mechanism of “Internet Plus” strategy in all regions and formulate development plans rationally.Fifth,vigorously cultivate “Internet +” development capabilities and build a good market atmosphere.
