Internet,Endowment Structure And Industrial Green Total Factor Productivity Of The Yangtze River Economic Belt

In the face of rising factor costs and constraints on resources and environment,extensive industrial growth is unsustainable.It is imperative to speed up the transformation and upgrading of industries to green intensive development through technological innovation and optimization of factor allocation.In recent years,the "Made in China 2025" plan and the "Internet Plus" strategy have been lau nched,the convergence of Internet and industrial innovation has become more active,and the optimization of the factor allocation structure that has a close intrinsic relationship with industrial economic growth has helped the supply side.The reforms hav e released more vitality for traditional industries.Therefore,the study of Internet and endowment structure is of great significance for promoting the transformation of industrial green development and thus realizes the transformation of “made in China” to “intelligent manufacturing in China”.This paper integrates the two perspectives of “Internet Plus” and factor constraints to study the impact of the Internet,endowment structure,and their interactions on industrial green total factor productivity.Fi rst,the paper defines the concept of the Internet,endowment structure,and industrial total factor productivity,Then from the two perspectives of enterprise cost and innovation incentive,the paper elaborates the mechanism of the Internet to industry GT FP,analyzes the mechanism of the interaction between benign endowment structure and non-market endowment structure on industrial GTFP,and the interaction between Internet and endowment structure for industrial GTFP.The mechanism of action can adjust the endowment structure and endowment structure from the Internet to react to the Internet and thus influence the analysis of two aspects of industrial GTFP.Secondly,taking 108 cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,this essay uses the directional function and ML index to measure the industrial Green Total Factor Productivity under restriction of resources and environment of 108 prefecture-level of Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2003 to 201 3.We establish panel model to explore the relationship among internet development 、endowment structure and the industrial GTFP,and main conclusions are as follows.(1)The industrial GTFP average annual growth at rate of 5.7 percent,the three city groups showed significant cascade differences;(2)Internet development improves the industrial GTFP,endowment structure hinders the industrial GTFP,while the positive interaction between Internet development and endowment structure will correct the bad influence of endowment structure;(3)The Middle triangle internet is at a low level of improving technical efficiency and technological progress.Compared to the middle triangle,the Pan-Chengyu Delta internet is at a high level of significantly promot ing technological progress and reversing the negative effects of GTFP caused by the deterioration of technological efficiency.The highest level of Internet development in the Yangtze River Delta has significantly promoted technological progress;(4)The positive interaction between the Internet and the endow ment structure has promoted the improvement of the green total factor productivity of the Yangtze River Delta and the Middle Triangle.However,the Pan-Sheng Delta has yet to form a positive interaction.Finally,combined with theoretical and empirical ana lysis,the proposed policy recommendations are as follows: to promote the integration of the “Internet + industry” in the Yangtze River Economic Belt;to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of the Yangtze River Economic Belt with intelligent transformation;"Insistence policy" :Differentiating measures will be adopted to promote the industrial green transformation of the the three major urban groups.To promote the open innovation of Intelligent Manufacturing in Yangtze Riv er Delta,realize the integrated transaction of the middle triangle network collaboration,and promote the interactive innovation driven by demand in the Pan-Chengyu.It is hoped that the above policy recommendations will promote the industrial green growt h of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and build a support zone for China's green economy development.
