The rapid development of the Chinese economy has brought great opportunities to the industry of secure electronic.Being in secure electronic market,SC Company is confronted with fierce competition.The urgent problems faced by the SC Company are how to optimize the resources and make appropriate marketing strategies to adapt the needs of market development,should be solved for secure electronic marketing management.The study of the thesis will focus on secure electronic of SC Company,and will specify in the marketing management research.First,the documentation method is used to collect and analysis marketing theory research at home and abroad,and the theoretical method with reference significance for secure electronic marketing strategy research.Then the basic situation of the SC Company is analyzed,and the marketing environment is analyzed through macro environment,industry environment and internal environment.On this basis,the characteristics of the market environment are summarized,and it will provide for the construction of the marketing index system.The evaluation marketing factors index system is constructed by stratification method,and marketing factors are identified by factor analysis and questionnaire survey to get key factor of marketing influence.In the end,corresponding strategies are given for key marketing influencing factors.The conclusion is that the SC Company should invest more in product research and development,strengthen technological innovation,ensure the development cycle,and develop long-term and late price cuts for market trend.The further improve product distribution channels and marketing strategies should be applied.In the meanwhile,the opportunity of SC Company restructuring and group brand advantage should be seized to increase product sales.This paper has important practical significance for improvement marketing strategies through systematic research SC Company secure electronic product marketing strategies.The relevant conclusion can offer reference for the other secure electronic company.
