Research On Intra-industry Trade Between Guangxi And Vietnam In The Context Of Cafta Upgrade Version

Entering the 21st century,economic globalization and regional integration continue to deepen.The free trade zone symbolizing regional economic integration has become an inevitable trend of regional economic development.China-Asean free trade area developed under this situation.After the "golden decade" of CAFTA construction,in order to promote the continuous growth of bilateral trade and realize the transformation and upgrading of economic structure,China and 10 asean countries are working together to create "diamond decade".The CAFTA upgrade is proposed.Vietnam as ASEAN member country with closest economic relationship with China,not only a neighbor of China,but also has many similarities with China in terms of economic,political system,and cultural traditions.The cooperation between the two sides has a good foundation,especially in Guangxi,which borders on Vietnam,and it is uniquely advantageous in location.This article takes the intra-industry trade of Guangxi and Vietnam under the background of the CAFTA upgrade as the research object,and analyzes the development status of industrial trade between Guangxi and Vietnam on the basis of related frontier international trade theory and economic growth theory.Focus on G-L index,Bruelhart index;Thom&McDowell index,competition index,complementarity index.From a static and dynamic perspective,we measure the level of intra-industry trade in major commodities in Guangxi and Vietnam from 2013 to 2017,and analyze and compare the status of intra-industry trade and existing problems between the two sides,such as unbalanced economic development,similar industrial structure of the manufacturing industry,stronger product complementarity and less competitive flow of bilateral investment,and the discussion of three different industries of agricultural products,industrial products and service trade under the CAFTA upgrade.Potential impacts;Finally,combining the new situation of industrial trade in Guangxi and Vietnam,how to promote the two sides to further strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation in the future development of industrial trade in the "Diamond ten years " and put forward corresponding countermeasures and proposals for the future Guangxi and Vietnam.In-depth development of intra-industry trade provides a certain theoretical basis and practical reference.
