Research On The Model Of Supply Chain Finance Based On Data Sharing

With the continuous refinement of social production division,supply chain has become an important form of industrial organization.The emergence of the supply chain finance model not only provides a way to solve financing difficulties for small and medium-sized enterprises,but also affects the structure and development of supply chain itself profoundly.Under the background of the big data,enterprises' mastery of information in supply chain has a profound impact on its managerial ability of supply chain.Supply chain finance business integrates a great deal of information such as commercial trade,logistics,capital flow and information flow,which makes it an important channel to promote the overall development of the supply chain.After decades of vigorous development,supply chain finance model has entered a new era characterized by information exchange.The participants including core enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises,commercial banks and logistics enterprises are constantly aware of the importance of seasonable,accurate and convenient information data in the business process.As an efficient and timely mode of information exchange,data sharing not only promotes the collaborative and cooperative relationship of the whole supply chain,but effectively reduces the information asymmetry in supply chain finance.The participants could gain proper benefits through the construction of data sharing platform.Small and medium-sized enterprises can obtain financing support and deepen their cooperation with core enterprises.Commercial banks may improve their work levels of post-lending management and risk prevention and control.Core enterprises are able to strengthen supply chain management,as well as provide their own business operations stable and well-worked indemnification on supply chain.We are able to understand the development trend of supply chain finance and offer countermeasures for enterprises to solve the current problems of supply chain finance through studying the innovation mode of supply chain finance in the background of new economic environment.Besides,we can also make recommendations to strengthen the supply chain management ability and create favorable industry development environment.So far,scholars at home and abroad have made some achievements in the research of supply chain financial model.However,there is still a lot of research space in some issues,for example,how to improve the effectiveness of information exchange in supply chain finance business and how to use data sharing to build a comprehensive information service platform to promote the development of supply chain finance and so on.This thesis takes data sharing as an essential point,explaining the basic theory of supply chain finance firstly,including the definition and connotation of supply chain finance.Then,this thesis makes a horizontal classification comparison of supply chain financial business model from two aspects of financing mode and dominant subject.In addition,this thesis also focuses on the history of supply chain finance,indicating that the communication of information played a key and directional role in the development of supply chain finance.Besides,the main body of paper points out the deficiency of supply chain finance in China at present.Aiming at the historical development direction of supply chain finance and its inadequacy in our country,this thesis explores some issues about the application of data sharing in supply chain finance model systematically,such as "what to share" and "why to share" and "how much to share",which are the connotation and classification of data sharing,the motivation of data sharing among all subjects in supply chain finance business,and the extent and influencing factors of data sharing.Otherwise,it also analyzes the impact of new technologies on data sharing.Subsequently,D company is analyzed as the case study.As a leading household appliances company in the world,D Company is the core enterprise in the supply chain with its own solid strength and strong bargaining power.While using upstream and downstream funds extensively to maintain a quite short net operating cycle,D Company builds data sharing platform and develops supply chain finance business based on the data sharing vigorously,in order to provide financial support for upstream and downstream enterprises,which benefit both the healthy and stable development of the supply chain as well as great expense of sales network.In the end,there are three conclusions in this thesis.Firstly,the development of the supply chain financial model is a process of deepening information exchange.Secondly,the participants in supply chain finance have the feasibility of data sharing.Thirdly,data sharing is conducive to the efficiency of supply chain finance and risk prevention and control.On this basis,this thesis puts forward four suggestions on the development of supply chain finance in our country,including optimizing the allocation of resources and giving full play to organizational advantages,deepening data sharing and building information platform,establishing early warning mechanism,strengthening risk prevention and control,improving supporting measures to create integrity of the environment.
