Research On Storage System Of Yanshan Petrochemical Company

The talent introduction in the petrochemical industry mainly focuses on the chemical technology of oil refining,storage and transportation of oil and gas or other related specialties,which leads to the lack of logistics talents,low popularization of modern warehousing concept,poor storage facilities,imperfect information system,insufficient automation of warehousing activities,and low efficiency of warehousing system.With the gradual popularization of modern warehousing concept in the enterprises,more and more enterprises have realized that the optimization of warehousing system is important to improve the warehousing efficiency,increase the economic benefits and promote the enterprise image.SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company is a super large refinery enterprise with more than ten millions of tons of annual crude oil processing capacity subordinate to SINOPEC.With the continuous improvement of production technology and technological process,the enterprise's product output and types have been increasing year by year.Due to historical reasons,the enterprise's existing warehousing mode has been unable to meet the requirements for warehousing.Through the analysis on the overall status of the warehousing system of SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company,it is discovered that there are some problems on the distribution and planning layout of warehouses,the use of storage facilities,the out-put and in-put of warehouse,the warehouse custody,and the warehousing information management.In accordance with the production status and future development trend of the enterprise,the enterprise's warehouses are relocated and the internal layout of the warehouses is re-planned,and suitable storage facilities are selected to improve the regulations with the guidance principle for the location planning layout of warehouse.Meanwhile,the methods related to the modern warehouse management theory are used to plan and design the out-put and in-put process of products and the warehousing management,and a supporting information management system is improved.Finally,a performance evaluation index system of warehousing system is built,and the improved warehousing system is evaluated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),in order to establish a warehousing system that can meet the future development and demands for the enterprise,reduce the warehouse costs while improving the warehousing efficiency,and improve the goal for improving the economic benefit of the enterprise.
