In recent years,the development of China's Internet insurance has continued unabated,and has continued to develop in depth.The industry participation rate has steadily increased,the income scale has continued to grow,and the depth of products has continued to expand.The industry participants in Internet insurance are increasing.Each insurance company has its own characteristics in the way of operating Internet insurance products.In view of this,the thesis mainly studies the optimization and feasibility analysis of the company's Internet insurance product operation scheme based on the "4D theory".The paper firstly analyzes the background of Internet insurance product operation.Next,the paper elaborated on the development goals of S company's Internet insurance product operation,analyzed the problems that S company had in the operation of Internet insurance products,and studied the differences among practical experiences of major insurance company in China.Then putting forward the optimization of the company's Internet insurance product operating plan based on the "4D theory."This program is optimized around the concept of program optimization,program optimization conditions,the specific aspects and content of program optimization,and the core points of program optimization.Under the guidance of the "4D Theory",this program is mainly based on customer needs(Demand)to enrich the product system,according to dynamic communication products,promote product value delivery(Deliver)to customers and analyze operational data(Data)feedback Back to the product system for optimization.The core of program optimization is to apply big data to gain insight into the behavior of insurance customers.At the end of the plan optimization,the author analyzed the rationality test of the plan and the possible problems encountered in the plan optimization,such as long-term insurance products and data exchange and then gave the specific measures.
